• Execute end-to-end procurement activities including RFQs, bid evaluation, and purchase order processing.
• Coordinate with engineering and project teams to understand technical specifications and procurement requirements.
• Identify and evaluate vendors based on technical capability, quality, cost, and delivery timelines.
• Prepare techno-commercial comparisons and support vendor selection decisions.
• Negotiate pricing and delivery terms within defined authority limits.
• Ensure timely placement of orders to meet project schedules.
• Monitor supplier performance and follow up on delivery schedules.
• Maintain Procurement documentation, records, and MIS reports.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, quality standards as per ISO, and statutory requirements.
