<span style="font-weight: 400;">Werde Teil unseres wachsenden Palliative Care Teams als</span> <b>Koordinator:in (W/M/D) im Palliative Care Team in Berlin</b> <b>in Voll- oder Teilzeit ab 30 Wochenstunden</b> <span style="font-weight: 400;">Wir versorgen Patient:innen und deren An- und Zugehörige im Rahmen der SAPV (</span><b>S</b><span style="font-weight: 400;">pezialisierte </span><b>A</b><span style="font-weight: 400;">mbulante </span><b>P</b><span style="font-weight: 400;">alliativ </span><b>V</b><span style="font-weight: 400;">ersorgung) im häuslichen Umfeld, im Pflegeheim oder im Hospiz. </span> <span style="font-weight: 400;">Wir sind ein 25-köpfiges Team aus Ärzt:innen, SAPV-Fachkräften, Koordinator:innen, MFAs und einer Kauffrau. Derzeit versorgen wir unsere Patient:innen in den Bezirken Kreuzberg, Neukölln, Tempelhof und in angrenzenden Gebieten.</span>
