  Manage the full recruitment lifecycle for assigned vacancies

• Conduct intake meetings with Hiring Managers to define hiring requirements and recruitment strategies.

• Create and publish job postings.

• Review and screen applications against role requirements.

• Conduct recruiter screening interviews.

• Coordinate and manage the interview process.

• Collect and document interview feedback.

• Guide Hiring Managers throughout the hiring process.

• Prepare and present job offers in collaboration with HR and Compensation teams.

• Ensure a smooth candidate journey from application through onboarding handover.

  Several years of experience in end-to-end recruitment, ideally within a technology, consulting, or professional services environment.

• Experience recruiting for the French market.

• Strong expertise in conducting structured interviews and candidate assessments.

• Excellent stakeholder management and business partnering skills

• Fluent in French and English, both written and spoken.

• Highly organized, self-driven, and results-oriented with the ability to work independently.

• Strong communication skills combined with a high level of customer and service orientation.
