Data-driven digital business in Frankfurt am Main: You analyze behavioral and conversion patterns in GA4 and turn tracking insights into reliable reporting.
Ihre Aufgaben
- You are responsible for analyzing behavioral and conversion patterns in GA4 and identifying anomalies, tracking gaps, and unexpected metric fluctuations
- You develop troubleshooting approaches to diagnose discrepancies between GA4, Adobe Analytics, and reporting outputs
- You investigate attribution inconsistencies as well as session and user level irregularities
- You collaborate with different business units to resolve tracking and measurement issues
- You evaluate existing event schemas, parameter usage, and overall tracking structure to identify improvement opportunities
- You recommend enhancements to GA4 event design and naming conventions to improve data consistency
- You propose optimized tracking strategies that increase the accuracy of campaign measurement
- You identify missing data signals that limit marketing and performance insights
- You provide structured documentation of tracking and measurement improvement proposals
- You conduct funnel analysis, cohort analysis, and user journey mapping to understand web engagement behavior
- You develop attribution insights using GA4 and Adobe Analytics data and translate findings into optimization recommendations
- You design and evaluate A/B tests including success metrics definition, conversion tracking setup, audience comparisons, and variant performance analysis
- You apply statistical validation methods such as conversion rate comparison, uplift analysis, confidence interval interpretation, and variance assessment
- You identify tracking distortions such as sampling, session fragmentation, and attribution shifts and ensure conclusions are based on reliable event level data
- You clearly distinguish between tracking artifacts and true behavioral impact in all analyses
- You act as a proactive analytics partner for internal and external stakeholders
- You communicate technical tracking issues in clear business friendly language
Ihr Profil
- You bring at least seven years of experience in digital marketing analytics with deep hands on expertise in GA4 analysis and troubleshooting
- You have strong understanding of event based data models, attribution logic, and session versus user level analysis
- You diagnose tracking issues in GA4 using advanced analytical and technical skills
- You use advanced SQL skills preferably in BigQuery and have working knowledge of GTM for conceptual troubleshooting
- You work with Tableau or Looker Studio for data consumption and light analysis tasks
- You apply strong statistical and analytical thinking in decision making
- You communicate fluently in English at C2 level in both written and spoken form
- You optionally bring German language skills and experience in performance marketing environments
- You have familiarity with privacy frameworks such as GDPR
