The LIT – Leibniz Institute for Immunotherapy (Foundation under Civil Law) researches and develops new immunotherapies for the treatment of tumors, autoimmune diseases, and transplant rejections.
Main tasks:
- Cloning of vectors for in vitro transcription of Cas9 effector proteins
- generation of in vitro transcribed mRNAs for transfection
- general cell culture
- CRISPR gene editing
- Single cell sorting of gene edited cells
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Biology / Molecular Medicine or equivalent
- Experience in molecular biology (PCR, qPCR), FACS, single-cell sorting
