- You will lead the existing AI team that takes care of the data pipeline, model design, training and inference
- You are actively involved in the further development of the product
- The team works at the pulse of time with the latest generative models for image, video and audio
- They rely on the latest frameworks and tools
- It is important to the team that every developer has an overview of the entire user experience and can make as many decisions independently as possible
Ihr Profil
- You have a proven track record to productize state of the art technology
- You have strong academic or industrial experience in machine learning
- You have practical experience in distributed training, profiling and optimization of large scale machine learning architectures
- You are familiar with the latest AI research (Diffusion models, Transformers, VQ-GAN etc.)
- Strategic thinking on the choice of technologies is a requirement
- You are experienced in hiring and managing a team
- You have very good English language skills; German is a plus
