• Training as a construction mechanic specializing in sheet metal construction
• Defining machining processes based on technical drawings
• Forming and cutting components at metal structures made of sheet-metal, tubes or profiles
• Application of various welding processes
• Installing components and assemblies

Length of training:

• 3,5 years

Prerequisites:

• Secondary school-leaving certificate I

Desirable skills you should have:

• Skill in craftsmanship
• Ability to work as a team
• Physical endurance
• Skill in planning and organizing processes

Opportunities for advanced training:

• State-certified technician, technical business economist, master craftsman (IHK/HWK)
